About your host

Sheila Keilty is an elite class Master Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Human Intestinal Microbiome Specialist, and a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Instructor. Sheila came out of retirement to become the coach she wished she'd had on her own transformative health journey, losing over 130lbs (and keeping it off!) despite being in and out of an electric wheelchair and suffering from a host of severe health issues. "When I lost the weight, I also lost the electric wheelchair, 21 of my 23 medications, my Type 2 Diabetes vanished, my Lupus is in deep remission, and so many other benefits beyond my pants size." What she also lost was her hopelessness and anxiety around food and weight management, her low self-esteem, and a pretty hefty sugar addiction! 

Master Coach Sheila (known as The "UN-Diet Coach" to her clients and fans) has found her soul's purpose through helping others have the transformation she'd experienced.
