I Decided That Being Over 40, 50—and Now Nearly 70—Isn’t a Decline.
It’s an
Awakening

.

What began as personal healing became a calling to help women over 40 rise into vitality, clarity, and wholeness.

Meet Lynnis

My journey into holistic wellness began with a wake-up call—one that invited me to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with my mind, body, and spirit. What started as a personal search for healing became a profound transformation rooted in intentional lifestyle change and whole-woman wellness.

That journey ultimately led me to step away from corporate life and answer a deeper calling: to create a space where women over 40 can learn that midlife is not something to endure—it’s something to reclaim.

I believe midlife is a powerful threshold. A moment to pause, realign, and choose vitality with clarity and confidence. Through my work, I guide women to remember that they are not broken, behind, or “past their prime.” They are evolving. And they still get to V.I.B.E.—to live as Vibrant, Intuitive, Beautiful, and Empowered women.

This space was created to support that awakening.

Here, you’ll find thoughtfully curated teachings on nutrition, movement, holistic practices, emotional wellbeing, and spiritual renewal—offered not as information overload, but as practical wisdom you can integrate into real life. Everything here is designed to help you move from knowing better to living better, with intention and self-trust.

I’m Lynnis Woods-Mullins, founder of the V.I.B.E. Wellness Woman Network. For over 17 years, I’ve specialized in mind-body-spirit wellness for women over 40, blending holistic practices, fitness, nutrition, and spiritual insight into grounded, accessible guidance. My work is shaped by lived experience, professional study, and years of walking alongside women navigating the physical, emotional, and spiritual shifts of midlife.

Today, I lead this work alongside a trusted collective of coaches, practitioners, and medical professionals who share a commitment to whole-woman care. Together, we offer structure, support, and encouragement—because transformation doesn’t happen through information alone. It happens through clarity, consistency, and compassionate guidance.

The V.I.B.E. Wellness Woman Network exists to help you embody what you’re learning—to build rhythms, practices, and self-care systems that actually support your life now.

Midlife isn’t the end of your story.
It’s the chapter where you come home to yourself.

When you’re ready, you’re invited to join us—and V.I.B.E. forward, with wisdom, grace, and intention.

Health and Blessings,

Lynnis
