I'm Lynnis Woods-Mullins, the creator and founder of the V.I.B.E. Wellness Woman Network. For the past 17 years, I have specialized in mind, body, and spirit wisdom for women over 40 through teaching about holistic practices, fitness, nutrition, and spiritual renewal. I began my wellness journey to connect more deeply with my mind, body, and spirit when I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder.
Today, I am dedicated to helping women over 40 embark on a journey of wellness. Along with a team of experienced coaches, practitioners, and medical doctors, I am here to share our expertise and support you on your journey.
