Many women over 40 are living in a constant state of “on”—on alert, on edge, on call. This workshop explores how chronic stress affects the nervous system and why so many women feel anxious, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained even when life looks “fine” on the outside.

Lynnis shares gentle, holistic practices you can use daily to calm your nervous system, regulate stress responses, and feel safer in your body again—without forcing relaxation or adding another task to your list.
